Lucius gets it. Had my windows done by another cheaper contractor with water damage. The initial installer dragged their feet in helping me. For no charge, Al came out and told me what was wrong and now I can go back to the installer with more information.

Our new flat roof is of highest quality. It was done in less than a day. We were very pleased with the results and price.

First of all, I was pleased that Mr. Jim Chambers came by our Church for an inspection the day following my initial contact with Lucius Complete Home. Upon his arrival at the site, Mr. Chambers was very careful to examine the structure and take photos of the leaks on the roof and ceiling.I was very impressed with Mr. Chambers's knowledge of the type of roof on the Church and the various conditions such as weather and heat that had contributed to multiple leaks. Additionally, Mr. Chambers told me about the new roofing technology that Lucius used which involved using multiple layers of various sealants and finally applying a silicone bond that was superior to the existing materials used to seal the roof. I am excited that I can present a fair estimate to our Board of Trustees so that we can get this project completed. It went great! The Lucius Complete Home team was very responsive from the very first call to the last. They are true professionals. We were never "chasing down the contractor!" We are very happy that the new roof was competed very efficiently and without stress. The new roof improves the look of our home dramatically. Eric came out and replaced a few damaged shingles from limbs falling on my roof, and he even took the time to explain the process and ensure everything was cleaned up afterward. It looks great.

If Eric Edwards is any indication of the average Service Technician at Lucius Complete Home, they are a company full of terrific people. To qualify this high praise, we've had a parade of other home repair/remodel people do work on our house this year, and we only WISH we could speak as highly of them as we can of Lucius. Had the good fortune of having Eric here to fix a small leak in our roof, and along with that ended up getting a wealth of really useful information and some straight talk about the condition of my roof. Don't read between the lines here--he told us our roof was in great shape but that there were a few problem areas that could probably be addressed--not a hard sell or anything; just good common sense and as I said, very enthusiastic and super respectful. Really wish I'd have called Lucius to install our roof when we had it redone 10 years ago--just for grins I asked him what a roof like ours cost to replace these days, and his quote was within a couple of hundred dollars of what we paid a decade ago--so they are reasonable! Smartest thing you can do is call them.

Lucius replaced my roof in 2016, which included some material on top of a balcony outside the front entrance of my home. Recently, I experienced a leak in this area and had contacted another company about fixing it. They believed the material on the balcony had leaked and caused the issues and quoted me a very large number to fix it. I called Lucius to inquire about the warranty on the work and within a day they had someone out at my house to survey. the next day, I was called and told they weren't sure where the leak was but that they guaranteed their work for 5 years and would replace all the damage. Without much asking, they fixed the inside and outside of my home. They were professional and honored the commitment they made to me 4 years ago. Also, they did this without hesitation during a pandemic where everyone and every company is stretched. The level of professionalism and dedication to their customers was outstanding.
