Lucius Complete Home

We have three upstairs porches that were starting to rot. I had multiple companies come out and none of them would give me an estimate for the job because they could not see what was under the flooring. Lucius Complete Home came out to take a look. Then sent there team out to get a good feel for what all the job would entail. Not only was the price what they said it would be, they came whey they said they would and cleaned up as well. My porches look wonderful, the flooring feels much more secure, and the railings are properly attached. I am no longer concerned about going out to sit on one or for a group of teenagers to hang out on one.

Eric was polite and respectful, and he even took the time to explain what he was doing and answer all my questions. He did a great job, and I would definitely use Lucius again.

Brandon was very efficient and knowledgeable of our situation, and he even took the time to explain the process in detail, making us feel confident and at ease.

Eric and TJ replaced a couple of leaking pipe boots on my home. They did a great job. I've used Lucius before to replace a skylight. Eric replaced that also. Thanks Lucius

I have been through other home renovations in the past with other companies and this project with Lucius was the best by far in every aspect - very reasonable pricing, completed the job faster than I expected, the team was very good at communicating with me about activities and progress, and at the end of the project, they made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. Did a good job

If Eric Edwards is any indication of the average Service Technician at Lucius Complete Home, they are a company full of terrific people. To qualify this high praise, we've had a parade of other home repair/remodel people do work on our house this year, and we only WISH we could speak as highly of them as we can of Lucius. Had the good fortune of having Eric here to fix a small leak in our roof, and along with that ended up getting a wealth of really useful information and some straight talk about the condition of my roof. Don't read between the lines here--he told us our roof was in great shape but that there were a few problem areas that could probably be addressed--not a hard sell or anything; just good common sense and as I said, very enthusiastic and super respectful. Really wish I'd have called Lucius to install our roof when we had it redone 10 years ago--just for grins I asked him what a roof like ours cost to replace these days, and his quote was within a couple of hundred dollars of what we paid a decade ago--so they are reasonable! Smartest thing you can do is call them.
