I was sick of looking at the mysterious stains on my mother's carport. I tried cleaning with a power-washer, with no results. Lucius power-washed with the chemical they usually use, and then, they switched to a different chemical(which necessitated a trip to the supply house.) Finally, the painter recommended a paint job. Mike painted with oil and brush. The new look is amazing!!!

Eric was out and did a roof repair for my mother-in-law. OUTSTANDING service. Started on time, finished ahead of schedule. Upon completion walked me through everything he had done with included pictures of the work at the beginning, as it progressed and then when he finished. This is the second project I have had Lucius Roofing do and OUTSTANDING on both. Eric is very knowledgeable and a very trustworthy professional. I HIGHLY recommend him for any roofing issues.

First of all, I was pleased that Mr. Jim Chambers came by our Church for an inspection the day following my initial contact with Lucius Complete Home. Upon his arrival at the site, Mr. Chambers was very careful to examine the structure and take photos of the leaks on the roof and ceiling.I was very impressed with Mr. Chambers's knowledge of the type of roof on the Church and the various conditions such as weather and heat that had contributed to multiple leaks. Additionally, Mr. Chambers told me about the new roofing technology that Lucius used which involved using multiple layers of various sealants and finally applying a silicone bond that was superior to the existing materials used to seal the roof. I am excited that I can present a fair estimate to our Board of Trustees so that we can get this project completed.
