Lucius Commercial Roofing is one of the most customer-centric companies I have encountered in a long time. Our condo building in a downtown setting needed a new roof two years ago. I found Jim, who represents the Lucius Commercial Roofing division, to be extremely sound technically and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The work came with a warranty the company stood behind: the roof recently needed some repair owing to damage from a neighboring construction site. Lucius stood behind us in negotiating damages with the construction company and ensured we were covered. This is company you can truly trust to go above and beyond!

Lucius Roofing took great care of us in replacing our roof. Our home was a challenge, with many angles and pitches. From the beginning of the process, Bob was very thorough in describing how they would complete the project, step by step, and in helping us find the exact shingle that we desired. From the day the work started, the crew was on time and worked effeciently. The supervisors of the job, Scott and Valentine, and Mr. Lucius were on the job daily to make sure the work was progressing well and with the quality they promised. All parties were very responsive when we called them any time of the day or night. The end result is a beautiful roof! Eric was great. Repaired a hole where a limb fell on my roof. Lucius installed my roof and did a great job.

I had water leaking down the inside of a two story brick wall to the foundation and then entering the house on the foundation. Eric was dispatched to give an estimate for my repair. He was prompt, professional and explained in great detail what needed to be done. The day of the scheduled repair he was there at the exact (actually about 5 min. early) he said. Explained the process and went directly to work. He finished ahead of schedule, went over everything he did and showed me pictures of the repair from start to finish. He was exactly what we wanted and needed to get this repaid accomplished. I highly recommend Lucius and Eric Edwards to anyone who needs a honest, reliable and professional company to repair their roof. Great job not only to Eric but to Molly in the front office. She handled all the administrative issues, called me the day before to let me know what time Eric would be onsite. Very PROFESIONAL company from start to finish.

Lucius put a new roof on a home we lived in years ago and did such an outstanding job with the installation and with customer service that we are going to have them install a new roof on the current home we live in as well! We loved how they train their employees to install a roof the old fashioned tried and true way of hand hammering each nail to ensure proper placement for a quality installation. Would highly recommend them for any and all of your home improvement needs!
