Getting a new roof was an easy process thanks to Scott and David! They were able to replace the roof in 1 day and the crew did a great job! We unfortunately went over our estimate due to more vents being needed. Also, if you experience interior damage (nail pops in the ceiling) from the vibration of the replacement, just know you'll be responsible to repair your interior. Overall, I'd recommend this company! We now have a great, quality roof that will last us for many years to come!

Eric was out and did a roof repair for my mother-in-law. OUTSTANDING service. Started on time, finished ahead of schedule. Upon completion walked me through everything he had done with included pictures of the work at the beginning, as it progressed and then when he finished. I have used Lucius Complete Home for two major projects at my house. They replaced my roof a few years ago and just replaced all the windows in my house.The workmanship was stellar, the materials were excellent and everyone was very professional from first contact until completion.

Company is first class. Eric, Scott, and all the guys in the crew were fantastic. No nail guns were used—everything was done with hammer and nails. My roof looks great, and the cleanup was excellent.

I have used Lucius to replace loose shingles for the last 5 years, so when it was time for a new roof it was no question who to use. Very Important- This is the only company that I know that still hammer all nails. No Air Guns. Lucius crew showed up on Tuesday morning. A crew of 5 started and worked until dark. It was very impressive to watch this crew work. Coordination was excellent. It took only 2 full days to do the complete job. That was over 110 bundles(39squares). Also stripping the 2 layers of nailed roofs that was there. Wow. Their attention to detail was unbelievable. The steps they take to prevent future problems was a step above. At the end of the second day, they did an excellent job on clean up. We have found no nails or trash. Scott did a great job overseeing this project. Eric, also with the years of repairing and writing up this job. He always wanted to pet our dog. On the morning of the 3rd day, Scott and the owner, Lucius stopped by for Scott to do the final work inspection. How many times has the owner stopped by to make sure you are happy? That’s what I’m talking about. They treat you like family. Everyone was so nice. Now I have absolutely no roofing concerns for many years to come. Their warranty, work ethics , workmanship is hard to match. Office staff was very nice and professional. After this review, you would think I work for them, I don’t. I’m just a very satisfied and happy customer. Thank you all.

Lucius reshingled our entire roof and replaced three old skylights. The staff were excellent to work with - from Molly at the office, to Eric in sales and quoting to Scott and the entire crew. Eric did a great job explaining the options and the process that would be followed, and was always prompt returning calls. The roof looks amazing with excellent workmanship and great attention to detail. Scott regularly provided us with updates throughout the process including detailed photos in progress. In the end, the crew did a super job cleaning up debris and nails, blowing off the patio and leaving the site as they found it. We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

First of all, I was pleased that Mr. Jim Chambers came by our Church for an inspection the day following my initial contact with Lucius Complete Home. Upon his arrival at the site, Mr. Chambers was very careful to examine the structure and take photos of the leaks on the roof and ceiling.I was very impressed with Mr. Chambers's knowledge of the type of roof on the Church and the various conditions such as weather and heat that had contributed to multiple leaks. Additionally, Mr. Chambers told me about the new roofing technology that Lucius used which involved using multiple layers of various sealants and finally applying a silicone bond that was superior to the existing materials used to seal the roof. I am excited that I can present a fair estimate to our Board of Trustees so that we can get this project completed.
