Everything was excellent from quoting to execution. The prices are slightly higher than other roofers but you pay for excellent service. I love my new roof and will use them again for any roofing needs I have.

We have used Lucius Co. services along the years when we needed repairs on our home. We have always been satisfied with their work. We needed a new roof this year and we contracted with them again. The workers arrived each AM and finished the days work around 4pm. There was never any loud music played or rough language used by the workers. The area around the house was cleaned up every single day and when the work was finished a supervisor from Lucius inspected the whole job. Making sure we were satisfied. We thank everyone involved in this job.

First of all, Molly was great to work with at the office. Alan, Keith, Jeff, Billy, gutter and roofing guys did an awesome job on our house and storage shed. Can't sing their praises enough. Alan helped us with paint choices, kept us informed on repair work to be done. Overall, it was a really neat experience. I will call Lucius for future repairs.

Danny was great and I highly recommend Lucius Roofing; he went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, and even followed up a week later to make sure we were completely satisfied.

I used their website to ask for a rep to call me about an estimate, within 15 minutes I received a call. The very next day the rep, Jim Chambers, came out and took a look at our roof, took measurements, and answered all our questions. Within a few days we had a written quote via email and a phone call from Jim to make sure we got the email. After signing the contract, they had a crew out working on our roof the very next morning doing the prep work. All the materials were delivered the following day and the crew got started. The crew worked fast and efficiently, they even worked the weekend to get the job done quickly. The crew was polite, on time, and clean they left no mess or thrash. Jim our sales rep was outstanding he would stop by just to check on things and make sure we didn't have any more questions. We could not be happier with our roof and the service we received.

It went great! The Lucius Complete Home team was very responsive from the very first call to the last. They are true professionals. We were never "chasing down the contractor!" We are very happy that the new roof was competed very efficiently and without stress. The new roof improves the look of our home dramatically. What really impressed me was the service. The installers were professional and polite. On two occasions, a company inspector came out to make sure the work was top notch. (With it was.) The cleanup after the job was perfect. In these days of sloppy, or half-hearted work, it was great to experience a company that takes pride in excellent service. And of course, the roof looks great...not one problem; and David Lucias (the owner) made sure that all the little problems we had with our old trim and gutters were completely fixed. I would highly recommend Lucias Complete Home to my closest friends and family!

I have used Lucius to replace loose shingles for the last 5 years, so when it was time for a new roof it was no question who to use. Very Important- This is the only company that I know that still hammer all nails. No Air Guns. Lucius crew showed up on Tuesday morning. A crew of 5 started and worked until dark. It was very impressive to watch this crew work. Coordination was excellent. It took only 2 full days to do the complete job. That was over 110 bundles(39squares). Also stripping the 2 layers of nailed roofs that was there. Wow. Their attention to detail was unbelievable. The steps they take to prevent future problems was a step above. At the end of the second day, they did an excellent job on clean up. We have found no nails or trash. Scott did a great job overseeing this project. Eric, also with the years of repairing and writing up this job. He always wanted to pet our dog. On the morning of the 3rd day, Scott and the owner, David Lucius stopped by for Scott to do the final work inspection. How many times has the owner stopped by to make sure you are happy? That’s what I’m talking about. They treat you like family. Everyone was so nice. Now I have absolutely no roofing concerns for many years to come. Their warranty, work ethics , workmanship is hard to match. Office staff was very nice and professional. After this review, you would think I work for them, I don’t. I’m just a very satisfied and happy customer. Thank you all.

I can't thank David Lucius enough. Lucius complete home did my roof 8 years ago and I was very pleased in the quality of their work. Recently a storm blew a couple of shingles off and even though it had been 8 years ago Anthony scheduled Eric and another gentlemen immediately and fixed it for free. David and Anthony were very kind and truly care about people. I highly recommend Lucius complete Home. I know they will do you right!

I spoke with several commercial roofing companies in town and decided on Lucius because of their recommendation for my roof and why it was the best option for my building. Once I contracted with them they were very prompt to complete the job, kept the jobsite clean and communicated with me daily as to how they were progressing and when they would be finished. I highly recommend them.

Eric did great work repairing my roof, even going the extra mile to ensure everything was spotless afterward. I will definitely use Lucius again.

If Eric Edwards is any indication of the average Service Technician at Lucius Complete Home, they are a company full of terrific people. To qualify this high praise, we've had a parade of other home repair/remodel people do work on our house this year, and we only WISH we could speak as highly of them as we can of Lucius. Had the good fortune of having Eric here to fix a small leak in our roof, and along with that ended up getting a wealth of really useful information and some straight talk about the condition of my roof. Don't read between the lines here--he told us our roof was in great shape but that there were a few problem areas that could probably be addressed--not a hard sell or anything; just good common sense and as I said, very enthusiastic and super respectful. Really wish I'd have called Lucius to install our roof when we had it redone 10 years ago--just for grins I asked him what a roof like ours cost to replace these days, and his quote was within a couple of hundred dollars of what we paid a decade ago--so they are reasonable! Smartest thing you can do is call them.

Lucius did an excellent job completing a large industrial roof. Their innovated roofing application saved us a significant amount of money. They were very professional and completed the job without any interference to our manufacturing operations.
