Lucius Roofing Company

I have used Lucius Complete Home for two major projects at my house. They replaced my roof a few years ago and just replaced all the windows in my house.The workmanship was stellar, the materials were excellent and everyone was very professional from first contact until completion.

First of all, Molly was great to work with at the office. Alan, Keith, Jeff, Billy, gutter and roofing guys did an awesome job on our house and storage shed. Can't sing their praises enough. Alan helped us with paint choices, kept us informed on repair work to be done. Overall, it was a really neat experience. I will call Lucius for future repairs.

Eric was great. Repaired a hole where a limb fell on my roof. Lucius installed my roof and did a great job.

Mr. Bob Bailey was the Project Manager of our roof and trim replacement project. He and his crew did an excellent job. They were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable.

Allen finished the inside problem very well. Can't tell there was a problem. The paint match was perfect. He was very professional,knowledgeable and personable. Excellent customer relations skills very down to earth,just like family. You need a whole workforce just like him. Scott was very informative and answered all of our questions and concerns about the roof. He was very nice also. I will definitely recommend Lucius to my friends or anyone I hear that needs repairs done on their home.

To the Lucius Complete Home, Thank you for the roof job- I like what I see. The job was done is a reasonable amount of time. The workers, all of them were professional and respectful. They cleaned up so well after they were finished. No one could imagine the terrible mess there was. I will recommend this company to my neighbors and others. I appreciate them treating me the way they would like to be treated.

What really impressed me was the service. The installers were professional and polite. On two occasions, a company inspector came out to make sure the work was top notch. (With it was.) The cleanup after the job was perfect. In these days of sloppy, or half-hearted work, it was great to experience a company that takes pride in excellent service. And of course, the roof looks great...not one problem; and David Lucias (the owner) made sure that all the little problems we had with our old trim and gutters were completely fixed. I would highly recommend Lucias Complete Home to my closest friends and family!

Scott Cales assigned a crew of 10 men to strip off 3 layers of roofing, replace damaged wood, and install new shingles, using the best materials available. The workers completed the job in 13 hours, only taking time to swallow a bite of lunch. I have never seen such synchronized teamwork in a group of men, which tells me that they take pride in the company for which they work. Scott took the time to explain each step of the process and to answer our numerous questions. If you need a roof, look no further than Lucius!

Eric came out and replaced a few damaged shingles from limbs falling on my roof, and he even took the time to explain the process and ensure everything was cleaned up afterward. It looks great.

Eric, your roofing specialist, provided exceptional customer service. He is polite, dependable, and honest.

Danny was very fair, and he inspected the whole roof, even taking the time to explain what he was looking for and answering all my questions with patience and expertise.

Great customer service. Have a non-commercial metal roof, not something Lucius Co. usually works on but they referred me to their commercial roofing section who called the next day. They came out and did a thorough inspection and repair that has held up well, thank you.

I called Lucius Roofing to come out and look at a roof leak that I had problems with since summer of 2017. Danny came out and immediately identified the problem. He showed me pictures of what was causing the leak and pictures of the repairs he had done. Danny was very professional and informative. I called other roofing companies and they did not show up or did not detect the problem. I would not hesitate to call Lucius Roofing again. Excellent service!

I had major work done on the exterior of my house, including a new roof, siding and trim, and new gutters. All of the work was done in a timely and professional manner. There were a few minor things that had to be addressed/fixed during the process. I was able to easily get in touch with Bob Bailey, the project manager, and in the end everything was done to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with Lucius and would recommend them for any of the projects I had done. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

We had a roof leak recently and Brandon Bryson from Lucius was sent to repair the area. He was very professional and explained why and what needed to be done. I was very pleased with the work done and the cleanup afterwards. We have not had a leak yet so I am very pleased with the results.
