Great customer service. Have a non-commercial metal roof, not something Lucius Co. usually works on but they referred me to their commercial roofing section who called the next day. They came out and did a thorough inspection and repair that has held up well, thank you.

My wife and I are building the last and biggest house of our lives. Our previous house had several leaks year after year and we were determined not to suffer through that again. So before we chose Lucius, we talked with lots of people, asked lots of questions and looked online to determine the best possible roofing system. What we found is that there are lots of "wrong" ways to install a roof. It may look good, but will it last and will it leak? So when we got our quote from Lucius, the salesman described to us exactly how they install their roofs, and it lined up perfectly with what we had learned to be the "Best" way. So that's why (even though they were not the cheapest quote) we chose Lucius and they did not disappoint. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous and a joy to work with. I watched the installation every day and saw the detail and emphasis they placed on the "critical or most vulnerable" areas of the roof, as if the home was their own. They also hand nailed every shingle, ensuring the correct position and depth of each nail. With nail guns, the tendency is to nail quickly and at different angles, which is one reason for so many potential problems. We had learned from our research that this is why so many shingles tend to so easily blow off, or even drop out of place over time. But Lucius did our roof right. That’s probably why their warranty is so much better than those cheaper quotes. So now, we have complete confidence that every time it rains or the wind blows, our roof is as secure and water tight as is possible. And it looks fantastic! I have no doubt that Lucius was the right choice!

I can't thank Lucius enough. Lucius complete home did my roof 8 years ago and I was very pleased in the quality of their work. Recently a storm blew a couple of shingles off and even though it had been 8 years ago Anthony scheduled Eric and another gentlemen immediately and fixed it for free. Our experience with Lucius Commercial Roofing was great. Jim Chambers took the time to fully understand and address the root cause of the leaks. He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They really know their science. The leaks in our commercial building were so heavy, we needed timely intervention and Lucius did not disappoint from a scheduling standpoint. Work was completed as promised. Very pleased with the results.

We had a need to have our roof ventilated. We hired Lucius to come and retrofit our existing roof with ridge vents. They came and accomplished the work on time and for the agreed amount. Work was done in a very professional manner. If you need this type of work done in the future, I would highly recommend them.

The squirrels damaged my roof and wood work. Lucius repaired my roof and put metal under the shingles to keep the squirrels out. Who knew? Thanks for your help.

What really impressed me was the service. The installers were professional and polite. On two occasions, a company inspector came out to make sure the work was top notch. (With it was.) The cleanup after the job was perfect. In these days of sloppy, or half-hearted work, it was great to experience a company that takes pride in excellent service. And of course, the roof looks great...not one problem; and David Lucias (the owner) made sure that all the little problems we had with our old trim and gutters were completely fixed.
