Lucius did an amazing job as always on my new roof; his attention to detail and commitment to quality truly set him apart from other contractors I've worked with.

First of all, Molly was great to work with at the office. Alan, Keith, Jeff, Billy, gutter and roofing guys did an awesome job on our house and storage shed. Can't sing their praises enough. Alan helped us with paint choices, kept us informed on repair work to be done. Overall, it was a really neat experience. I will call Lucius for future repairs.

2nd time using Lucius Roofing. Eric repaired some tree damage and did a great job. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.

I used their website to ask for a rep to call me about an estimate, within 15 minutes I received a call. The very next day the rep, Jim Chambers, came out and took a look at our roof, took measurements, and answered all our questions. Within a few days we had a written quote via email and a phone call from Jim to make sure we got the email. After signing the contract, they had a crew out working on our roof the very next morning doing the prep work. All the materials were delivered the following day and the crew got started. The crew worked fast and efficiently, they even worked the weekend to get the job done quickly. The crew was polite, on time, and clean they left no mess or thrash. Jim our sales rep was outstanding he would stop by just to check on things and make sure we didn't have any more questions. We could not be happier with our roof and the service we received.

Great customer service. Have a non-commercial metal roof, not something Lucius Co. usually works on but they referred me to their commercial roofing section who called the next day. They came out and did a thorough inspection and repair that has held up well, thank you.

Recently a storm blew a couple of shingles off and even though it had been 8 years ago Anthony scheduled Eric and another gentlemen immediately and fixed it for free.
