Roof looks great, crew did a great job

We had an issue to arise with our 2021 new roof replacement. Lucius Roofing Company was amazing with their fast warranty response, communication and solution to the issue. Eric and Danny took care of everything with their skilled craftsmanship, thoroughness, professionalism and in a timely manner. Five stars plus!

My wife and I are building the last and biggest house of our lives. Our previous house had several leaks year after year and we were determined not to suffer through that again. So before we chose Lucius, we talked with lots of people, asked lots of questions and looked online to determine the best possible roofing system. What we found is that there are lots of "wrong" ways to install a roof. It may look good, but will it last and will it leak? So when we got our quote from Lucius, the salesman described to us exactly how they install their roofs, and it lined up perfectly with what we had learned to be the "Best" way. So that's why (even though they were not the cheapest quote) we chose Lucius and they did not disappoint. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous and a joy to work with. I watched the installation every day and saw the detail and emphasis they placed on the "critical or most vulnerable" areas of the roof, as if the home was their own. They also hand nailed every shingle, ensuring the correct position and depth of each nail. With nail guns, the tendency is to nail quickly and at different angles, which is one reason for so many potential problems. We had learned from our research that this is why so many shingles tend to so easily blow off, or even drop out of place over time. But Lucius did our roof right. That’s probably why their warranty is so much better than those cheaper quotes. So now, we have complete confidence that every time it rains or the wind blows, our roof is as secure and water tight as is possible. And it looks fantastic! I have no doubt that Lucius was the right choice!

I spoke with several commercial roofing companies in town and decided on Lucius because of their recommendation for my roof and why it was the best option for my building. Once I contracted with them they were very prompt to complete the job, kept the jobsite clean and communicated with me daily as to how they were progressing and when they would be finished. I highly recommend them.

We have used Lucius Co. services along the years when we needed repairs on our home. We have always been satisfied with their work. We needed a new roof this year and we contracted with them again. The workers arrived each AM and finished the days work around 4pm. There was never any loud music played or rough language used by the workers. The area around the house was cleaned up every single day and when the work was finished a supervisor from Lucius inspected the whole job. Making sure we were satisfied. We thank everyone involved in this job.

Eric was out and did a roof repair for my mother-in-law. OUTSTANDING service. Started on time, finished ahead of schedule. Upon completion walked me through everything he had done with included pictures of the work at the beginning, as it progressed and then when he finished. This is the second project I have had Lucius Roofing do and OUTSTANDING on both. Eric is very knowledgeable and a very trustworthy professional. I HIGHLY recommend him for any roofing issues.

Lucius replaced my roof in 2016, which included some material on top of a balcony outside the front entrance of my home. Recently, I experienced a leak in this area and had contacted another company about fixing it. They believed the material on the balcony had leaked and caused the issues and quoted me a very large number to fix it. I called Lucius to inquire about the warranty on the work and within a day they had someone out at my house to survey. the next day, I was called and told they weren't sure where the leak was but that they guaranteed their work for 5 years and would replace all the damage. Without much asking, they fixed the inside and outside of my home. They were professional and honored the commitment they made to me 4 years ago. Also, they did this without hesitation during a pandemic where everyone and every company is stretched. The level of professionalism and dedication to their customers was outstanding.

To Lucius Company: The reroofing job done by your crew and company was an excellent job. Everything that they did was what they said they were going to do. I appreciate that. I like the use of nails & hammer instead of air tools or staples. Again, a very good job!
