I had water leaking down the inside of a two story brick wall to the foundation and then entering the house on the foundation. Eric was dispatched to give an estimate for my repair. He was prompt, professional and explained in great detail what needed to be done. The day of the scheduled repair he was there at the exact (actually about 5 min. early) he said. Explained the process and went directly to work. He finished ahead of schedule, went over everything he did and showed me pictures of the repair from start to finish. He was exactly what we wanted and needed to get this repaid accomplished. I highly recommend Lucius and Eric Edwards to anyone who needs a honest, reliable and professional company to repair their roof. Great job not only to Eric but to Molly in the front office. She handled all the administrative issues, called me the day before to let me know what time Eric would be onsite. Very PROFESIONAL company from start to finish.

I had major work done on the exterior of my house, including a new roof, siding and trim, and new gutters. All of the work was done in a timely and professional manner. There were a few minor things that had to be addressed/fixed during the process. I was able to easily get in touch with Bob Bailey, the project manager, and in the end everything was done to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with Lucius and would recommend them for any of the projects I had done. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

Mr. Bob Bailey was the Project Manager of our roof and trim replacement project. He and his crew did an excellent job. They were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable.

Great customer service. Have a non-commercial metal roof, not something Lucius Co. usually works on but they referred me to their commercial roofing section who called the next day. They came out and did a thorough inspection and repair that has held up well, thank you.

Our experience with Lucius Commercial Roofing was great. Jim Chambers took the time to fully understand and address the root cause of the leaks. He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They really know their science. The leaks in our commercial building were so heavy, we needed timely intervention and Lucius did not disappoint from a scheduling standpoint. Work was completed as promised. Very pleased with the results.

Scott Cales assigned a crew of 10 men to strip off 3 layers of roofing, replace damaged wood, and install new shingles, using the best materials available. The workers completed the job in 13 hours, only taking time to swallow a bite of lunch. I have never seen such synchronized teamwork in a group of men, which tells me that they take pride in the company for which they work. Scott took the time to explain each step of the process and to answer our numerous questions. If you need a roof, look no further than Lucius!
