Replaced commercial roof, extremely professional and easy to work with. Quality job! They even took the time to explain the entire process and left the site spotless, which really impressed us.

What really impressed me was the service. The installers were professional and polite. On two occasions, a company inspector came out to make sure the work was top notch. (With it was.) The cleanup after the job was perfect. In these days of sloppy, or half-hearted work, it was great to experience a company that takes pride in excellent service. And of course, the roof looks great...not one problem; and David Lucias (the owner) made sure that all the little problems we had with our old trim and gutters were completely fixed. First of all, I was pleased that Mr. Jim Chambers came by our Church for an inspection the day following my initial contact with Lucius Complete Home. Upon his arrival at the site, Mr. Chambers was very careful to examine the structure and take photos of the leaks on the roof and ceiling.I was very impressed with Mr. Chambers's knowledge of the type of roof on the Church and the various conditions such as weather and heat that had contributed to multiple leaks. Additionally, Mr. Chambers told me about the new roofing technology that Lucius used which involved using multiple layers of various sealants and finally applying a silicone bond that was superior to the existing materials used to seal the roof. I am excited that I can present a fair estimate to our Board of Trustees so that we can get this project completed. Great customer service. Have a non-commercial metal roof, not something Lucius Co. usually works on but they referred me to their commercial roofing section who called the next day. They came out and did a thorough inspection and repair that has held up well, thank you.

We had a roof leak recently and Brandon Bryson from Lucius was sent to repair the area. He was very professional and explained why and what needed to be done. I was very pleased with the work done and the cleanup afterwards. We have not had a leak yet so I am very pleased with the results.

Eric and TJ were great! They were prompt, knowledgeable and very professional. They walked us through the plan for the day and finished the roof repair within a few hours. Very satisfied with their service!

Lucius replaced my roof in 2016, which included some material on top of a balcony outside the front entrance of my home. Recently, I experienced a leak in this area and had contacted another company about fixing it. They believed the material on the balcony had leaked and caused the issues and quoted me a very large number to fix it. I called Lucius to inquire about the warranty on the work and within a day they had someone out at my house to survey. the next day, I was called and told they weren't sure where the leak was but that they guaranteed their work for 5 years and would replace all the damage. Without much asking, they fixed the inside and outside of my home. They were professional and honored the commitment they made to me 4 years ago. Also, they did this without hesitation during a pandemic where everyone and every company is stretched. The level of professionalism and dedication to their customers was outstanding.

I lost a few shingles due to high winds. I called Lucius, and Eric and TJ were able to come over the same day with excellent service and replaced the missing shingles with new ones. I would highly recommend Eric and TJ for your roofing needs.

We had a need to have our roof ventilated. We hired Lucius to come and retrofit our existing roof with ridge vents. They came and accomplished the work on time and for the agreed amount. Work was done in a very professional manner. If you need this type of work done in the future, I would highly recommend them.
