This is the second time I've used Eric and Lucius Roofing. Completely satisfied. Eric is great. I will definitely call Lucius if I need more work done

From start to finish my experience with the Lucius family was better than I ever could have anticipated!!! Finding out you need a new roof (due to it leaking in several rooms), was not at the top of my list of things to buy, but never have I been so proud of a roof and make it a point to show it off to all that come visit. I first found out about Lucius by word of mouth from a person that also had some work done, did my own research, watched a commercial or two and knew they would be the right ones to do the job. I was put in touch with Danny Fowler, set up a time to meet, (Danny actually came over on a weekend night to accommodate me), took my measurements and inspected my roof. Within days Danny had a quote, paid me another visit with a detailed quote, went over it thoroughly and answered all my questions. I also received a folder with a lot of great information that actually had the rest of the answers to my questions I forgot to ask. I was then put in touch with Scott Cales who was over the actual project, Scott let me know about when they might be able to start and they were able to stick to the actual days he projected to do my roof. Again,, like Danny, Scott went over all that was going to take place and the timeline. Scott was available for me to contact throughout the two days, if he was busy or in another meeting he text to let me know so. Scott did an excellent job throughout the process. The day they were to get started Valentin and his crew showed up on time, actually a little early (which was fine) and started getting at it. Even though it was about 400 degrees outside the first day, Valentin and his crew put in a full day and all were willing to help out with a few things I needed to move and answered any questions. By end of day two, old roof was off new roof was on, all nails, old shingles and debris picked up, in the trailer and ready to be hauled away. After all the work was complete we had a little get together to thank Valentin and his crew for the work (six feet apart of course) and they were on their way. Scott and Danny both visited during and after the work was complete, answered and took care of anything I requested which was petty and minimal. I meant to ask them to pressure wash my second story siding but thought that might be pushing it... Thanks again to the Lucius family for everything!!!

Melvin, Bobby and John just completed a full tear-off, redeck and new roof. The work was conducted to the very highest standards and the quality is outstanding. From start to finish, they were diligent and careful to do everything right. The result is beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended!

Lucius Commercial Roofing is one of the most customer-centric companies I have encountered in a long time. Our condo building in a downtown setting needed a new roof two years ago. I found Jim, who represents the Lucius Commercial Roofing division, to be extremely sound technically and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The work came with a warranty the company stood behind: the roof recently needed some repair owing to damage from a neighboring construction site. Lucius stood behind us in negotiating damages with the construction company and ensured we were covered. This is company you can truly trust to go above and beyond!

Danny Fowler and Scott Cales both did a great job! Danny helped us select a great looking roof. They both helped us think through the ridge vents. They were extremely neat and clean, in the yard, in the attic, etc. Thank you very much!

I used their website to ask for a rep to call me about an estimate, within 15 minutes I received a call. The very next day the rep, Jim Chambers, came out and took a look at our roof, took measurements, and answered all our questions. Within a few days we had a written quote via email and a phone call from Jim to make sure we got the email. After signing the contract, they had a crew out working on our roof the very next morning doing the prep work. All the materials were delivered the following day and the crew got started. The crew worked fast and efficiently, they even worked the weekend to get the job done quickly. The crew was polite, on time, and clean they left no mess or thrash. Jim our sales rep was outstanding he would stop by just to check on things and make sure we didn't have any more questions. We could not be happier with our roof and the service we received.

Scott Cales assigned a crew of 10 men to strip off 3 layers of roofing, replace damaged wood, and install new shingles, using the best materials available. The workers completed the job in 13 hours, only taking time to swallow a bite of lunch. I have never seen such synchronized teamwork in a group of men, which tells me that they take pride in the company for which they work. Scott took the time to explain each step of the process and to answer our numerous questions. If you need a roof, look no further than Lucius!

Great customer service. Have a non-commercial metal roof, not something Lucius Co. usually works on but they referred me to their commercial roofing section who called the next day. They came out and did a thorough inspection and repair that has held up well, thank you.

Recent new roof. Frendly Crew did a Fantastic Job of roofing and cleanup. Would highly recommend!

Everything was excellent from quoting to execution. The prices are slightly higher than other roofers but you pay for excellent service. I love my new roof and will use them again for any roofing needs I have.

Getting a new roof was an easy process thanks to Scott and David! They were able to replace the roof in 1 day and the crew did a great job! We unfortunately went over our estimate due to more vents being needed. Also, if you experience interior damage (nail pops in the ceiling) from the vibration of the replacement, just know you'll be responsible to repair your interior. Overall, I'd recommend this company! We now have a great, quality roof that will last us for many years to come!

Lucius Roofing re-roofed our house. Scott's crew is knowledgeable, professional, hard working and polite. They tore 2 layers of shingles off and put new shingles on in 2 days and cleaned area completely. They were amazing.

Danny and Tj did a great job. They called before they came,took time with me showing pictures of what needed to fixed and showed me the repaired roof. These guy cleaned up and were so professional! Thanks guys!!!!

My late mother-in-law's roof has been completed—a job well done. Danny and Scott helped me pick the roof color to hide debris that the trees would shed. Scott and his crew did their amazing work, even painting the metal pipes to match the roofing. We were able to close on the sale of the house and make our trip out of town as planned, thanks to Anthony and the coordination of your staff. I expected your services to be trustworthy because you roofed my mother's home a couple of years ago. Your roofing supervisor was on the job first thing in the morning and returned during the day to check progress. Even the roofers were impressive with the way they laid each piece of roofing precisely and set each nail in place. The men protected our property with tarps to prevent damage and leftover debris. Though it was a large crew, each worker knew what to do and moved with total precision. At the end of the day, the supervisor inspected the work before the workers left. Thank you for the work and care with which our properties were handled. Your company is a breath of fresh air in this day and time, making for one less worry!

It went great! The Lucius Complete Home team was very responsive from the very first call to the last. They are true professionals. We were never "chasing down the contractor!" We are very happy that the new roof was competed very efficiently and without stress. The new roof improves the look of our home dramatically.
